If Things Go Wrong

We are committed to providing a high level of service to all our clients but occasionally things can go wrong. If this happens, we will do what we can to put things right.

We will aim to resolve your complaint immediately or, if this is not possible, we will contact you to advise the next steps.

If you have not purchased your cover direct from us, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or mis-selling of our schemes or covers by your Broker or advisor.

If you remain dissatisfied with the final response or if you have not received a final response within 8 weeks, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman (CIFO).

Complaints relating to Medical Treatment, Provider Services, or Medical Facilities

If you have a complaint about the treatment, or service you have received at a hospital or medical facility, or from a Consultant, or medical care provider, you should contact the hospital, medical facility, Consultant or medical care provider directly.

They should advise you of their complaints process, which you should follow.
